Fluff, you havent said what you're trying to achieve.
Too many reps tone & reduce bulk.
You dont want to do more than 10 reps at a time ....
I used to have lots of Creatine Syrup, Tribulus, high protein diet & was pressing 180kg at age 60 with ease....with half an elbow joint missing.
You have to strain to max to increase bulk....too many reps with easy weights undoes it......
So much easier just to lift a glass or bottle head high....
