Wasn't FAR waiting on the presidential decree for their G.B. blocks?
For all those that are speculating that Svenska has some part in a possible JV deal, might be thinking that GB blocks need to be formalised before the deal with Senegal goes ahead.
Hence, putting pay to ME paying his 5m because he almost has the deal sown up.
