I doubt the cashflow is a tight as you may think. OMH leaves itself open for a class action if they deliberately make statements which are found to be untrue.
For the last 12 months OMH investor presentations state STRONG MARGINS.
I'm betting that OMH pays a higher dividend than S32. In fact the S32 dividend was a disgrace so it won't be hard to beat.
