Potentially a takeover of the canadian assetS. Hopefully they distribute the funds back to the shareholders should it be for the sale of the canadian assets! Makes sense to sell them since these guys are useless in returning shareholder value!
Also very strange to see a trading halt after hours unless considering no one can trade it anyway.
