UT....the humidity makes a difference.....in the regionals areas of inland nsw and vic...the majority of houses would have water cooled air...rather than refrigerated air... I have had it for years and I prefer it to the refrigerated air ( I have both systems in one house, the refrigerated system is only for heating in winter) with the the water cooled air, we leave the windows and doors open.... but with the refrigerated air, you need to keep the doors and windows shut....to keep it cooled.... it may have more to do with living free in the country, where it is more of a habit to leave doors and windows open...let the fresh air in, whereas living in the city, you keep the doors and windows shut, to keep the bad air out...the polluted air out... I guess the question comes down to preferences, rather than which system... if your tenants are happy....that is the answer for you
