Was there ever a reasonable estimate recorded in the annual financial statements? I recall seeing reference to the requirement. But I don't recall there being a figure even approaching say $50m let alone say $150 now $200m. How did they get the finance? They must have done a 'snow job' on the financiers when they bought the Gippsland plant.
