And moves like this by one of E25's shareholders indicate why they are interested in a reliable big source of HPMSM. They only have a small offtake currently but these 4 Gigafactories are going to need to get HPMSM from somewhere. Assuming they are building NMC batteries in these Gigafactories for their EV's, its pretty useless without a supply of Lithium, Nickel, Manganese and Cobalt.
