Not entirely correct!

Management gave an indicative time frame they were working towards a "potential negotiated settlement" in the coming weeks on the 19th January.

They will update the market when a settlement has been reached.

They will then present all the information to the ASX for assessment, given the ASX took 2 days to assess the US$65m sale of 5% of Goulamina, goodness knows how long they will take to assess all of the information including the information they were not in a position to disclose that put the Company in a suspension not at the request of the entity.
