Companies often rely on the constant support of placement stock. It wouldn t be a very responsible company that made a share placement at 22c if the share price looked like dropping well below.
TAS assays will be the final say in the share price of course.
Last weeks run was more than Hot Copper traders, I d imagine brokers etc would have a better idea of "inside" news than anyone on HC.
