All advice states you're right. I think I need to back off from all the exercising as I feel very strong and my endurance is good but I'm just not bulking up.
Maybe 3 or 4 times a week, increase the weight, top up with skim milk or whey, seek pro advice and follow a plan. Feeling a little nieve but it's only in recent months I thought I would research into it - no wonder nutritionists, physios, trainers exist. It's more of a science than hard work.
Going to be hard to ween myself off my current routine but it takes time to concentrate on all the muscle groups so I'll mix it up more every week.
