    yes he's losing cognitive function due to aging and will step down but he's not a total stupid idiot like Trump right? Same as the Americans who voted for Trump with their evangelistic beliefs. Trump is as religious as a Racoon. Very bizarre. Lithium stocks bouncing back and looking like high time for a true correction
