The 10 groups are mainly AAM producers wanting flake graphite from Balama. Some of the 10 have AAM plants under construction already. Wouldn't surprise if TLG is one of the ten. They'll need a back-up plan if that appeal in the Supreme Court to start their 22kt mine by the Sami is up-held.
