The Board of Directors/ management is not directly accountable for the sp, however, there is a responsibility for decisions in the shareholders best interest vis-a-vis corporate profitability and return on investment for shareholders.
A clear statement from the Board or management is overdue to inform investors and the market at the very least about their assessment of time line for achieving profitability as a result of their business plans and pathway to profitability.
