"Solgold's Cascabel project boast a pre-tax IRR of 33%, 28 year mine life and $1.55bn capital expenditure a/c to its latest PFS presents a compelling case for the project's long term value creation. The initial phase targets a production rate of 12 Mtpa focusing on extracting a high grade ore with an average grade of 1.45% cu.eq for the 1st decade. By the 6th year, Solgold plans to double the annual output rate to 24Mtpa.

Comment: The above is interesting. In the past, the IRR was the critical drawback. I read of more recent comment from a prominent investment house that they want to see IRR of 20% against all cycles. So, now with a pre-tax IRR of 33% is positive going forward? Just posting to just let folks know what is happening from the other side of the world where Solgold is listed @london.
