I was thinking that subs change was only seen because they went over the 1% change threshold; that is 5 mill shares change; can you imaging the fun and games you can have with 0.999% of the shares; you can sell and buy and buy and sell with 4.8 mill shares without triggering any reporting; and the subs change reporting can be very sketchy: I have seen some that say 'sold x shares over the last two months' (a one liner with no detail of the share trades)
even this one has only DAILY totals of buy and sell - so you dont know what games are happening
now, this mob is playing with other peoples (their fund investors) money; so they are in a no lose scenario; if their games result in day trading profit, they are heroes; if their games result in a loss... bad luck for their fund investors.... not bad luck for them
