    It's taken just shy of 2 years to commission the plant. I can't see how anyone would believe that AGY are close to producing at nameplate given their progress so far and the fact that they haven't even started to ramp up yet. I will be genuinely surprised if AGY are producing at 90% of nameplate by the end of 2024.
