I don't think Ism crazy, but then would I be the person to know.
But I apologize for not addressing your main point. I don't see a problem with the low cash holding, given the other positives. Their business has a quick turnaround for new plants with a proven positive cashflow. I would rather see them expand their business rather than sitting on cash, or going to shareholders for more funds to just maintain higher cash levels. And if there is some sort of contraction in the business, they can just stop expanding.
I see the main problem for a retail investor being the low share turnover.
