From what I read a SPP was offered to retail but I've often seen the same thing happen, market is walled off below SPP offering to force retail to just buy on market (it actually reduces the dilution due to retail not participating in a raise) another market tactic but can be argued this is a healthy one)I also did see the the CR was offered to EXISTING soph investors. Maybe they were aware of a looming CR and contact mgmt I don't know I was around here during the last CR.
Its beginning to look like the real villain in the asx micro land is the funders. They know they have control and have learned how to best exploit this and Imo need a hard spanking as their Greed is extremely destructive on many levels
