LOL! Well, yes, I didn’t mean to imply that Alf himself will still be at the helm in 20 years time. I do expect he will have moved on by then. But if the company is still sitting on a substantial cash pile in 20 years time, still with no debt, simply because no distressed market presented itself to be taken advantage of, I’m fine with that.
I remember the “cash pile” was being talked about when I entered in 2012. It was about $60 million then. Sitting on it all this time hadn’t done us much harm. I love deducting it from the market cap, and then trying to make sense of the “net market cap” relative to the share price…and never succeeding.
