OK, so the first thing is GCY and SPR are registered with Automic, not Computershare. So registering your HIN with them you will be able to manage your holding.
The disappearance of these shares is due to the Unmarketable share parcel sale, announced in December.
If you had holdings under a certain value, it would be sold as default unless you opted out.
They are currently in the process of sale and proceeds will be distributed after.
