I would think that we would have 3-4 months from now to get back listed Pennthorpe. We need to move to term sheets on the transaction which will be the next announcement then from there independent expert reports then application to the ASX for relisting then pre-listing raise then listing so all things going to plan, I'd suggest June/July, noting that if we are on this process we will apply to the ASX to allow us to run over the August deadline.
