Assuming everything goes through as it sits now with regards with the announcements on the table in their current form. At the end I will add to this disclamor.
RED price on the day the TO/Merger happens will reach $0.48.
I don't doubt that after the excitement settles the price will come back down. I doubt after the paperwork is done and finalised the price will ever come back under $0.40.
....mind you, it should be at least a $1.00.
