I can't see how 40's could get it. Perhaps as things stand a bit closer to the long spruiked 80 cents (somewhere in the 60's or 70's?) could now get the job done? However, if we see good results out of SE2 and a WA policy change, then who knows..... we could be back trading in the 50's in a flash and we'll be talking $1+ again.
