I’m very curious about the timing of all this. $9m was supposedly raised in a few days…. just when the SP was getting hammered on good news some of us have been waiting years for. And directors collectively had almost half a million dollars sitting in thier cash accounts just waiting for the day they woke up and suddenly decided to do a placement …. that included themselves. They had to have known this was coming because they organised it
But now the CR for the dumb money is structured in such a way that only holders at the time of initial placement can take advantage….. but it doesn’t close for several weeks yet. Well after the shares from the smart money are issued.
This leaves time for stuff to happen.
Time for the Sophis to pump it up and sell….
Or time for management to deliver on some of the expectations and get the SP back to where it was heading before this whole shemozzle began. This would allow smaller holders to sell out at a decent price to fund a buy in to the CR.
Do management give a rats arse about smaller long term backers? I guess we’ll find out very soon.
