Mine financing doesn't work like that. If financiers see other Vanadium mines failing because they become economical unviable, there will be little enthusiasm to fund any new Vanadium mines (simply too risky). Everyone should be hoping Largo and Bushveld thrive and makes decent profits. It all comes back to the Vanadium price, and this is in a hole right now.
