Hahaha Wasko, great point Rhino, hi there NoRunning - long time!?

My guess is that this is for an acquisition or a large off market purchase at a substantial premium. We've got plenty of land - another 160 acres to be exact. I can't see Nan doing a cash grab at these levels for market price or a discount unless for a hugely beneficial and time sensitive opportunity. In the current market, it would make sense for an opportunity like this to present itself. I would love to see ECS diversify in growing locations. My biggest fear is a fire ripping through the farm and cleaning us out.
