Stage 1 is what is happening now - I know. It will take 2.5-3 yrs to build and 2-2.5yrs to ramp if you have enough graphite. The build site is currently shutdown over winter and there is always delays.
Appeals have pushed this out somewhat, but it certainly will not take 6 years to get up and running - you stated it won't reach nameplate until the end of 2030. Which means TLG won't achieve your projected EBITDA of $260m AUD annually until 2031.
It's logical to ramp the mine at the same rate as the AAM plant. The hard part is building the concentrator plant and dialling it in. NextSource just had problems at their Molo mine with their plant. It's 17ktpa and TLG's will be 22ktpa. You can imagine the problems SYR had with their 350ktpa plant
