Agree Cashie, it would be fantastic for MND/ALS sufferers.
However I do recall reading that once a neuron is damaged/destroyed it can't be repaired. I believe neuronal replacement doesn't occur.
I presume that BP would not like this as much either as they generally would not want a cure. I expect their preference would be for individuals to be on the medication for the rest of their life. Morrally this isn't right, but then we are talking about BP.
