Mark Moreland from Team Invest on ‘The Call’ today:
(Re NHC) “I think it’s a bargain. It’s on 3.9x earnings. Its EPS growth has averaged 38% p.a. over the last six years. Hard to see how there’s much downside to it. Even if the coal price falls further they’ve a 43% ROC and they’re debt free. All the coal sector has been demonized and it’s spooked everybody for no reason. There’re no new coal mines coming on so no new competition. It’s a buy.”
