another micro cap I like is DEM.... and suddenly they are cap raising with sophs only, and Mr PVM is there as the big 15% holder.... and that DEM is a great share, that I used to own in the high teens but sold, and now I see it has fallen to the 9s (was always way above that), but 'somehow traded down to the mid to high 9s and the cap raise is a neat 9 cents'... sophs like PVM only

I am seeing the same pattern... a big guy push down the share price only to then get a cap raise 10% under the push down price.....
