A broker had a midpoint sale for a least 50,000 shares at .0265.(this doesn’t show)
Because you must have been top of the queue at .027 you picked up these shares at the sellers asking price of .0265.
He/she is happy because they got the price they asked for and so are you because you got a discount on the price you were prepared to pay.
