Good question i think, but its a given fact both big bank choose to do contract with TSI, its a long contract infact.
Very simple business, just ATM stuffs, yet it is valued by many Indian big boys (Parimal, banks, etc)
Im not smart enough to make deep analysis but clearly there is some residual value for small holder like me to gain.
Also, while ATM is a simple business, it is designed to be won by those who invested first coz most of its value came from location (not my quote, other ATM expert quote).
The clear path of getting good location via merchant partner is simple but brilliant imo
