The TOP ruling was published 6th oct, expert given 3 months after Bullzeye engaged him/her from 3 options provide by ASIC, and TOP must review the report and Bullzeye must publish 2 days after TOP gives ok.
We are at 4.5 months now, Some time lost of Christmas. Even allowing time for ASIC to be engaged and for them to pick 3 experts, and then afterwards for the TOP to review the report, we have to be there or thereabouts.
If not out by start of March, you'd start wonder is something in the report is being disputed, or is there some negotiations going on as to how to deal with some of the findings.
