on the contrary- eqn is desperately keen to engage the aboriginal tribes to enable the asset to be progressed with a view to engage with 2 potential suitors for the asset either as key stakeholder or direct selling of asset. The suitors would be fmg - 30 km and rio tinto 70-80 km. It’s a land in between railway infrastructure and a jv is logical. Based on recent transaction, this is an immediate value addition if the First Nations can engage.
