100% agree, but does it indicate they are confident of getting to 90% or not?
Remember all these people relinquished their shares to the Takeover?
Surely there is a sweetener for them in the background once this all goes through?

They either think the company is in trouble and RG is saving there jobs, or they have been told they will get big bonuses once this goes through.

I believe the latter to be more accurate.
