Interesting looking at PME doing another buyback. I think it's only up to around $1.5m? I think the SP is pretty well prices at $90 let alone $110? Good luck to holders though. The question for me in these circumstances is whether that money could be utilised better in increased staff, technology R&D etc given the SP is pretty healthy any way. I think CUV feels their cash could be used differently at this time - of course as we know they are tending to accumulate and have been conservative. I think a buyback should have a more significant effect at CUV vs PME - it seemingly stopped the slide at PME. PW finally indicated it might be possible but who knows what plans they have for the money - there should be a bigger spend on trials and regulatory affairs along with the OTC's in the next 12 months. Maybe more clarity on the use of funds tomorrow? Bit of relief I guess over at NEU. Will regulators take action if the short report is unfounded? I doubt it.
