Brick/block building has been around for hundreds of years , the slow reduction of this industry was beginning to show , due to shortage of labour and builders taking on other forms of construction to cater for this , not to mention other form of new construction and upcoming technologies starting to slowly enter this space . Bring on Florida get the hell out of this country , it’s beautiful but it’s backwards! I was laughing at a show on tv with a focus to build our naval fleet up ! By the time this happens China will double theirs ha ha . This country is falling so far behind in technology it’s not funny, it’s right under their nose and they can’t see it or understand it !No wonder young people don’t want to work if you ask many they can’t see a future just work and taxes ! Government thinks their answer is to bring in 1 million no speaking immigrants!! No housing , our health system is broken, along with our building industry, yep bring them in and pay more tax so we can take care of them ! What a joke ! Brickworks saw the writing on the wall and went abroad . HX WILL SUCCEED, IT MUST AND THE BRICK MANUFACTURERS ALONG WITH LARGE BUILDERS WILL MAKE SURE IT DOES . It’s proven it works it will get much better with time just as any useful mechanical machine has , the roll out has just begun imo and 2c is as cheap as chips ! Just my opinion not financial advice I would however like to see hockey’s, Anks, and a few of the other quality posters past and present bring these threads to civil debates as opposed to the garbage of late . Respect
