Here I am predicting the mufo or mofo group will be lodging a notice of substantial holdings today (21/2/24) or tomorrow , and followed with a cessation of substantial holding notice a day or two later.
My suspicion is that it has to do with short selling, by borrowing >5% initially, and then after the short selling exercise (& going below 5%), lodge the cessation notice thereafter. Watch the share price that is playing out today to confirm that.
Please do your own research, as I am just speculating .
