Just had a read on this. So our publicly held is around 8.29 vs our total of 10.29 so lets assume around 79.5% is public. Our market cap is around 600m now so we could say its 500m or so in that case. When we were at 4c we were at around 400m so around 330m.
Free float market capitalization means the valuation of a company depends only on the shares held publicly, so it only counts the shares that can be traded. It does not include all shares, because some shares are considered to be restricted or closely held. This would include: Those related to controlling interest.
