Simple logic would suggest that seeing the back end of Piedmont and the adverse ' hangover ' it exuded over our SP either directly or indirectly would have to be considered a good thing...with the other side of this HUGE block trade obviously being who's hands it ends up in.

So on the surface seeing Piedmont out the door can't be a bad thing in the context of what this relationship has done to our SP and business plans is a good thing provided that our next marriage if indeed that is what it ends up being is not the marriage of convenience that this one was.
