Yep - this probably presents a simpler and more logical rationale.
I assume production will continue at NAL and PLL will continue to receive its share of spod, just without being a shareholder of SYA.
But I'm also wondering what's happened with strategic review / cost discussions between SYA and PLL. Have they broken down as both parties realise C&M is the only viable scenario in the short term for NAL? I guess PLL selling it's stake in SYA doesn't have to be connected to the strategic review, but I guess it's also possible.
