It's a likely assumption imo yes, either that or insto/s who were short maybe knew of this last week any other possible related news to come with this and covered as fast as they could. It's one or the other imo.
This could either be very good news, or quite concerning but the short covering leads me to think more the former currently.
So many possible scenarios here for us and/or Piedmont. All pretty wild.
