I wouldn't exactly call it downramping but all in his own opinion. Here he is calling for the head of ivz management behind a keyboard because it's not falling in line with his trading strategy. What fool would be holding. Yes butch sm doesn't tell asx if it's price sensitive, get over it or sell.
