Une très mauvaise affaire ( a very bad deal)
No wayyyyy. This is a bad day for Australia. A very bad day. I hope big super gets involved here or the company play super hard ball to see this bid off because this great Australian company is with multiples of the bid price. How could they let someone secure due diligence at all let alone for $9. Not good. Followed this company through tick and thin sold out for peanut profits at 1.22 many moons ago around 2011 when they were struggling with the glass acquisition, trousered the massive dividend from the sugar sal and then back in and rode the hebel journey. My town had a Masonite plant that provided hundreds of jobs and that closed in the 90s when I was a kid but I never forget the manager of “hardboards” telling my old man that Csr was always getting into trouble because of bad management. Well I thought those days were over but I guess not. Directors are weak bunch of pea harts if they let this company get taken over. Not at any price. Wake up people.
