Ladies and lads, I think you need to get over culper... culper is an insignificant nothing and won't affect the takeover price.
My 2c opinion is that large holders didn't sell because of the culper report (happy to be corrected if there is evidence that I'm wrong), I think it's far more likely uninformed numpties sold and organisations seized the opportunity to trigger stop losses.
