    My simple farmer’s mind tells me that the answer to your leading question is:

    We, the share holders have no coins in our wallets.

    With no disrespect, but that is a matter of course isn't it?

    We cant expect the directors to have the same rights and benefits as the share holders?

    I might have missed the point.

    Anyway, see you at the upcoming event!
