Here in the States the various articles I can find just mention that the selling price is U$39.3M (A$$59.9M) and that the buyer has not been identified by PLL.
As mentioned by others, PLL will no longer hold any shares of SYA, but the JV and the OTA are not affected by this transaction.
Given that they recently sold their shares of Atlantic Lithium (A11), along with making 27% of their labor force redundant, I’m guessing PLL really needs the money.
