Stop using KP to do all the work and start commenting on what this means for SYA and its holders.

Why, it achieves nothing more than is stated by Piedmont, the JV goes on as before at this point, putting a separate notice out saying exactly what has already been said is a totally pointless exersize.

It's another way of saying nothing has changed other than Piedmont having sold its shares in SYA , if it meant there was going to be a change in the JV arangement it then becomes material and be reported on...

As I've mentioned recently beware of the hype and concentrate on whats happening with operations at NAL , that's our future at the moment. If a deal comes along you will be told about it by management
