For what it is worth, I made the below FOI request when I was holding BPHOB earlier in January. I received the following response from Minister King's office (but have been too busy to post a response). The response provided was that Minister King was not in possession of a report (i.e. recommendation) from NOPTA about PEP-11. I believe that Flambeau posted something similar a few months ago (albeit without providing any proof), that back in November the NSW Minister's Office could also not find the report/recommendation from NOPTA. I will let you all read the FOI request and response and come to your own conclusions as to what this may/may not mean. Having sold out a few weeks ago, I no longer have any interest in BPH, but good to luck to everyone else still holding. DYOR.
