    If there is, we would be the last to know.

    I can borrow $1m USD in a month or two from a bank to buy a house, and neither a house nor myself has an NPV of hundreds of millions USD.

    This company still hasn't managed to obtain $14m USD in almost 4.5 months now with a project NPV of hundreds of millions USD.

    From now on, if SHs are to heed
    MNB's words as is, they are to blame, not the company. The wall has all signs written over it, on both sides.
